How Hydrotherapy works at Perform Physio, Northcote

If you have decided that Hydrotherapy is for you then you will need to:
1. Book an Initial Hydrotherapy Session with one of our Physiotherapists at the Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre, by clicking the link below.
This appointment is held in the consulting rooms, where you meet yourPhysiotherapist, discuss your health, injury, goals, and complete a medical clearance questionnaire to determine your safety and readiness for hydrotherapy.
Your Physiotherapist will prescribe and review exercises individually tailored to your needs and goals. Then they will show you the Pool, where to meet for your next aqua-based session.
2. Booking your next session.
Many people after their Initial session feel confident to join our Hydrotherapy Class. However, if you wish to remain in a1:1 Hydrotherapy Session you will book that with your Physiotherapist or our friendly Admin team, as the times will have to align with the pool andPhysiotherapist availability.
