Meet Sahanna Byrne
Sahanna is an experienced Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist who has worked in both private practice and hospital settings in Melbourne and London, treating clients with musculoskeletal, women’s health, and clinical pilates conditions.
Sahanna is passionate about women’s health and has postgraduate training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at Melbourne University. She has extensive skills in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor conditions, as well as pregnancy and postnatal conditions, pelvic girdle pain, coccyx, pubic symphysis, and sacroiliac joint pain.
Sahanna follows an active treatment philosophy, utilizing her training in clinical pilates, strength and conditioning to help her clients achieve their goals and optimal quality of life. She is dedicated to assisting women of all ages to feel empowered, strong, and in control of their bodies, regardless of their stage in life. Sahanna is skilled in recognising the ‘big picture’ behind each individual and fully understands not only the structural but also the emotional and social factors contributing to symptoms.
When not at the clinic, Sahanna enjoys exploring the world and trying new foods.
