Perform was highly recommended to me by fellow new mothers for post natal care/pelvic floor issues. Sahanna actually came and spoke to my mothers group when our babies were very young. It was super easy to book online which was followed up with a questionnaire which made my first appointment much easier. Kirby was very professional and made me super comfortable. I am confident I will reach my goals with her guidance.

Amy was extremely helpful and warm, she took an analytical approach and explained the mechanisms behind my back problems and the recovery process which will help with treatment plan compliance. Would definitely recommend her and her clinic

I attended Perform Physio to have an initial pelvic examination 7 weeks after the birth of my first baby. I was anxious for the appointment but Kirby made it a so comfortable and informative. She was extremely sensitive to the complexities of birth and took great care to understand my situation and goals in attending. I left feeling empowered, relieved and in very good hands.
